Enquiries sent to the Ovalstay number are answered by an AI assistant working for the Ovalstay team. Ask it and it will say so. A person takes over whenever you ask for one, and whenever the assistant reaches something only a person can settle.

The assistant does not hold dates and does not set prices. It can take down what you are planning and pass it on; it cannot tell you a date is reserved, and any rate it has not been given by Ovalstay it will say it does not have.

A stay, a day visit or an event is confirmed only when a person from Ovalstay confirms it with you directly.

The assistant answers from what the Ovalstay team has given it. If an answer looks wrong or out of date, the Ovalstay team's own confirmation is what counts — ask for a person and one will pick it up.
